What Did YOU Do Last Summer?
Combine Music and Missions in a unique ministry opportunity!
We believe music is a powerful and effective way to spread any message, especially the good news of Jesus Christ!
CTI has assembled, trained, and mobilized teams of young musicians for short-term international youth outreach to more than 50 countries! We partner with Youth For Christ International (YFCI) and Youth With a Mission (YWAM) around the world in an effort to help broaden their ministry exposure- often in places they can't get into without the draw of an American rock band. If you are 16 or older you are welcome to apply!
Here's what a CTI Summer Tour looks like...
- Two weeks of intense musical, cultural, interpersonal and evangelism training at our headquarters in Minnesota
- About a month overseas with a busy touring schedule. Your team may perform in schools or orphanages, on busy street corners, in churches, shopping malls, prisons... each country is different and unique!
CTI summer members are required to raise $4300 plus the cost of their travel to and from Willmar, MN, before their arrival to training. We'll use that money to pay for things like your international travel, housing, food, equipment, vehicles and fuel, visas, and the administrative costs involved in mobilizing a ministry team. We'll cover all your meals, housing and transportation in the US and overseas from the time you arrive for training until the time you depart for home.
CTI teams are challenging, intense commitments that demand a lot of an individual. Yet time after time, returning Summer Team members have expressed that the experience was tremendously rewarding... even life-changing... when they chose to approach it with a teachable spirit.
Are you ready to re-visit the essentials of the Gospel, learn anew what it really means to be a servant, and develop an openness and a sensitivity to foreign cultures? Then...
