Bringing a CTI team to your church or community:
Financial Responsibility:
- Transportation Fee: We ask for a non-refundable $150 transportation fee to help cover the expenses of gas and van & trailer maintenance.
- Free-will Offering OR Honorarium: In addition, we ask that a free-will offering be received during worship services or family-oriented events. For youth-targeted concerts, chapel services, etc. we can come on an honorarium basis instead of a free-will offering. The honorarium amount is generally determined by the hosting organization (we suggest a minimum of $250).
- Financial Waiver: Educational facilities and other ministries may inquire about a financial waiver.
Housing:
Each booking is handled on an individual basis. Our needs may change in each situation, but the information listed below is meant to give a general idea of our needs.
- With most of our concerts or worship services, we request one night’s lodging. Housing needs vary depending on the day of the week that you host a team. Specifics are arranged through our booking office.
- Housing can be either with area host families or hotel.
Meals:
Each booking is handled on an individual basis. Our needs may change in each situation, but the information listed below is meant to give a general idea of our needs.
- Teams typically arrive four hours before a scheduled appearance. We set up our sound equipment, perform a sound check, and then would appreciate an evening meal (with the exception of Sunday morning appearances.) In addition, we ask for breakfast in the host’s home the following morning and a sack lunch to take on the road.
- For a church that hosts on Sunday morning, we ask for a Saturday evening meal, housing Saturday evening, breakfast on Sunday and then a noon meal following the morning services.
